We are very pleased with the result of our order of a new fire to replace an obsolete gas fire. There was an extensive range of models to choose from at the showroom. We were given plenty of time to look round, and no-one hassled us. Only when we were ready did we have the guidance and help we needed. The fitters came on time on the date booked. They were courteous, and tidy in all their work. We would recommend them as a company to do business with. All in all, an impressive performance from Focus Fireplaces.

From my first visit to the showroom to the installation being completed, I can’t fault the professional service received. Jordan and Steve were very careful, the floor and furniture was covered with dust sheets, they cleared up as they went along and hovered. They worked with meticulous precision and I’m absolutely delighted with my gas stove, hearth and surround. I’m adding a photo as I’m happy to show off my new fireplace, despite the state of my walls. The decorator is booked for early next month.

Excellent experience dealing with these guys from start to finish. Really friendly and knowledgeable in the showroom. We weren’t sure of the available options but Mike was great at explaining the best way to achieve the look we wanted. Steve came to survey and had no problem going through the job and how it would work. Jack and Jordan did a fantastic job fitting the fireplace, kept things clean and tidy, with a great finish. Couldn’t be happier with the service we received and would highly recommend focus to everyone that wants a great quality fireplace installing. Super-happy with my beautiful limestone fireplace and stove! Very helpful staff in the showroom who were very patient with my pondering over multiple visits, and also very accommodating with my requests on sizes of the surround and tiles. The survey guy who visited the house was great and helped with advise regarding which wall to put the fireplace on. And the guys who did the installation did a fantastic efficient job. Very friendly and tidy - left no mess at all. All in all, a great experience and a fantastic result! 10/10 on all aspects! Very grateful to all concerned who have now given us a lovely cosy beautiful lounge!
