Thursday lunch treat in Stokesley. Recommended by a friend… wide range of choice from the menu. From full meals to light bites or shared platers. We opted for a Deli Mediterranean shared platter. it was scrumptious Dog friendly in the bar area with high chairs. Staff were welcoming and friendly to 👌 Highly recommended and ideally situated on the main high street, right next to the police station.

Been for breakfast a few times here,so expected the food to be nice.Hopefully the manager will speak to the kitchen staff of what I said, black pudding VERY HARD and over cooked sausage. Sitting opposite the kitchen opening I witnessed one male touching his head hair ,no covering on his head also the same person wiping his nose with his hand, then touching the oven grill straight away without washing his hands. The serving young men where polite but I thinking need abit more training,ie to give all food what is needed and not a after thought plus used and using cloths on top off all clean tray of cleaned cutlery, cleaning cloths put to one side not near food areas.

I come here sometimes 2/3 times a week with a lady I look after, I was in on the day the previous lady complained, and happened to sit right near her table :) so let me tell you what the staff are really like; alternative, beyond friendly, accommodating, flexible, hardworking and good at their jobs. For the staff to not only apologise for the mishap and to give you discount and still complain and cause a fuss and then still write a bad review and cause bad press for this lovely cafe- not on my watch.

Food was excellent, girl and one of the me working were far too inappropriate with each other. Our server a tall man was lively and even he looked embarrassed by the way the other staff were acting. Loved the food but sadly will not return. Hats off to the the tall man what a professional lad.

Chapters is an absolute gem of a place. We were up in Stokesley for a long weekend and fancied a breakfast but had our mutt with us. The restaurant bar has a dog friendly area which is very comfortable and welcoming. The whole place is kept well and has a lovely comfortable feeling to it. The staff were very attentive and friendly and the breakfast I had was plentiful and tasty. Obviously made with top quality ingredients. I can highly recommend Chapters and we will be back in February when up there for our birthdays.
