Cute little cafe serving an array of delicious food!! If you’ve come for pistachio treats, then there’s plenty!! There’s a good variety of teas/coffees and loved how the matcha latte was presented!! The food was delicious and fresh! It’s also dog friendly inside! There were a few table outside too!!
Really lonely place, great quality for price. The matcha was beautiful and they had no problem with me requesting poached eggs although they were not on the menu.
What a gorgeous find. Lovely coffees, great brunch ( poached eggs, bacon on brioche toast) and lovely coffee. Staff were lovely and service was prompt. Will be recommending this little gem to others.
Bacon and banana pancake was lovely. They are very kind and welcoming.
I've struggled to grade this cafe. My partner would have given it 1* but, I guess, I can understand why some folks would give it 5*. It's very small with two tables outside on the pavement but nicely decorated. It seemed to appeal to the 50+ people who would probably class it as 'trendy'. We only wanted coffee and cake, so were not too bothered that you couldn't get a straightforward sandwich (we don't need houlomi or SB tomatoes etc - cheddar and an old fashioned tomato is just fine for us) but even that wasn't so easy. The four 'cake' cakes that they had all contained chocolate - my intolerance. And there are a lot more out there with this intolerance than just me. So I went for the lemon drizzle 'loaf'. Unfortunately it was a very heavy cake with no sign of the gorgeous, syrupy drizzle that is usually soaked into the top. Just a layer of lemon flavoured icing on top. Very disappointing - and not particularly pleasant. My partner had salted caramel. Same loaf cake with a different topping. You can't please everybody all of the time. Guess we chose the wrong cafe. This one is not for us.
