Steptoes Footcare Centre

I recently underwent treatment at Steptoes, beginning with the removal of an ingrown toenail by Charlton Muringani, followed by a dual partial matrixectomy. The care I received from the entire team has been outstanding. Charlton is highly skilled, precise, and consistently attentive. Mel and Beverley have also been extremely helpful and efficient in coordinating appointments and are very friendly. Overall, the staff at Steptoes are professional, compassionate, and clearly experienced. As someone managing multiple medical conditions, I’ve found their service to be exceptionally supportive and reassuring.

I visited the clinic in November 2023 after recommendations from a Boots pharmacist in relation to what I was advised by my GP to be an ingrown toenail. I had a consultation with Heidi who was friendly, professional and made me feel at ease from the start, she advised me I was misdiagnosed and showed/explained what she believed my condition was and wrote me a letter within hours of my visit to pass onto my GP for a referral to the podiatric surgeons. I am now 5 weeks post-op and awaiting biopsy results. Thanks to Heidi’s professional opinion and friendly attitude, I felt comfortable enough to question my GP’s opinion and have my issue resolved instead of leaving it like I was initially going to do before my appointment with her, she is an asset to the practice!

Just completed my treatment for ingrown toenails with Rohita Marwah, who cared for me from start to finish. The procedure was carried out in a highly professional relaxed manor putting me at ease and feeling very confident in the process. The aftercare and attention to detail was second to none. The whole team at Stokesley are friendly, efficient and professional promoting a very caring atmosphere. I highly recommend this practice for anyone requiring podiatry care.

A very professional, accessible practice with really helpful reception staff, and clinicians. I have had appointments with Charlton and latterly Rohita, both are expert practitioners who are so knowledgeable and skilled to address any concerns I have with my feet. Rohita has undertaken a surgical procedure to remove an ingrown toenail that has 'bothered' me for a number of years. She undertook this procedure with the ultimate professionalism, explained everything she was doing, ensured I was pain free and fully understood the post procedure process to promote healthy healing. If you have a problem with your feet then I can highly recommend Steptoes Footcare Centre - the team there really do care about your feet.

Rohita Marwah carried out surgery on my ingrown toe nails. The service was amazing, so friendly, polite and talked me through every step of the procedure. Very reassuring, methodical, clean and hygienic throughout. Extremely professional and after care was amazing. Dare I say I actually enjoyed watching her work. 😁
