We are so fortunate to have a practice like this. Plenty of parking, and a nice airy waiting area. My experiences are totally at odds to friends' experiences at other practices. I don't have 'my doctor' because I don't need to; every one of them is caring and attentive. I do have a lot of blood tests, and the so called 'scratch' (why do they say scratch, it's a prick) is hardly noticeable. No great bruises as I've frequently noticed with friends. And as for the notorious 'battle-axes' on the reception desk? Not here, always pleasant, smiling, courteous and helpful. I just love it when friends are comparing experiences at the docs; ours is simply the best. Thank you all.
