Charlie, who cut my hair, was friendly and courteous. Listened to what I wanted and gave advice on what we could achieve. She talked to me through what she was doing and even checked throughout that i was happy with what was being done. Couldn't have asked for a better experience and result. Well done and thank you 😊

I went to this hairdressers for the first time this week. It's the first time in a very long time that I've been overjoyed with my hair cut/style. I will definitely be returning and recommending to everybody.

I have been getting my hair cut at Shine for a number of years now, I have seen a few different members of staff but mainly see Laura who is fabulous. All the staff have great knowledge about how to look after your hair and keep your colour looking great. I am a very fussy person and constantly change my colour and style constantly but after lengthy discussion on what will and won't suit me I always come away with fantastic hair.

I have been having my hair done at Shine in Stokesley since moving to the area last August. My first hairdresser was Laura, it was so nice to spend time with such a friendly, happy person when I had no friends nearby as I wasn't working. She really cared not just about my hair and she is a great hairdresser but about my whole wellbeing. Once I started work I couldn't fit in with Laura's timetable but I needn't have worried as Charley came to the rescue. She carried on the philosophy of thoughtful care, the whole experience is of a lovely therapy. She doesn't just wash your hair, you get a wonderful head massage as well. She will discuss what you want to achieve and listen and advise with great thoughtfulness. It's not just cutting hair, she has put so much thought into the best way to colour and look after my hair, she forward plans what we're going to do next time and has really made me feel like a different person. I can't rate the salon highly enough, all the staff are helpful and friendly but special thanks to Laura and Charley from Helen

Great salon in Stokesley. Very accommodating with a relaxing atomosphere. Love coming here and getting my hair cut. Charley is a fantastic stylist, always listens and gives you just what you want! Also great to link your hair appointment with beauty appointments as they have Katie upstairs. Had my nails done and they were fab!
