I moved into my new home without knowing the condition of the boiler, and Chris was brilliant from start to finish. He quickly came round to diagnose the issues and had a brand new boiler fitted within just a few days. Very professional, reliable, and easy to work with throughout the whole process. Couldn’t recommend him enough – 5 stars!

I can’t praise Chris from this company enough! We are staying in Whitby at an air b&b and when we arrived there was no hot water or heating the boiler wasn’t working and there was no pressure. It was freezing! Over 15 hours we phoned over ten heating company’s who couldn’t do anything weren’t open or cancelled after accepting our call. It was 27/28 Dec. Chris answered our call and calmly talked us through what needed to be done and got us up and running within about 20-30 mins. He’s a complete star and saved our holiday!

The response and service from Gas and Oil Ltd is always excellent. Chris is a friendly and very competent plumber who responds to telephone calls promptly, arranges visits and always arrives on time. He has good knowledge about regulations and offers good clear advice.
