I’ve been to the nail lounge twice now and I’m so impressed! The staff are so patient and friendly, the coffee is delicious, and the salon is lovely. Not to mention my biab gels lasted sooo long without lifting or chipping. I love my nails and will definitely be back :)
Walked in without an appointment waited about 15 minutes which I did not mind at all. My nails were done perfectly and the staff are all so friendly and helpful. Will definitely recommend!
Very confused by my visit to Stokesley nail lounge, booked online for what should’ve been £43, a removal, BIAB and nail art. Was charged £52 and told that a French tip cost £8 then an extra £6 for polka dots on the French tip, whereas on the website nail art is detailed to be £3. I also asked for and was charged for BIAB, using the gel bottle nail gel, however my nail artist only used TGB for base coat and would not use the BIAB I wanted despite me asking multiple times. I was told the normal gel was ‘better’ for me, despite not being what I wanted… I was still charged the full £35 for BIAB, which I’m fairly certain I didn’t receive, but even if I did as shown in the screenshot below direct from the booking site I should not have been charged £52. Staff did not listen to my multiple requests and instead did what they wanted?? Nail art does look nice but not the gels I wanted to be used and obviously discrepancy in the price they could not explain
The Nail Lounge @ Stokesley is a fantastic place! The staff are warm and friendly, the salon is beautiful and the treatments are amazing. I have been going to beauty salons for the last 30 years and this is by far the best. I had the deluxe pedicure and not only was it unbelievably relaxing but my legs still feel really good two weeks after the treatment! It was so good to zone out in the massage chair while being pampered and enjoying a complementary coffee at the same time! Highly recommended, 5 star service, couldn’t want for better!
The best pedicure I've ever had...unbelievable experience. Kind and very caring staff...would deff recommend..
