My buyers are using this solicitors and I have to say they have been terrible. If you need them to act in a timely manner forget about it. We are nearly into the 7th month of a simple sale (no chain); repeated the same queries to my solicitor multiple times, raising issues deep into the process that should of been sorted at the start and a complete lack of urgency when it came to my buyers mortgage offer expiring
Possibly the worst client experience ever.
Used twice now, happy to help with any job, professional and polite. Would highly recommended.
