Excellent service the vets actually care about the animals, Martin the vet we saw got on the floor with our goldie and was giving her a cuddle while examing her teeth.he just put her at ease straight away and was very thorough. The reception staff are lovely and freindly too and go out of their way to help. We won't go anywhere else.

All staff are wonderful and welcoming. They are helpful and it’s like one big family it’s nice Jerry Lee is so Carm when he comes. Which makes the visit more pleasant

Have been with Clevedale Vets for the past 17 years with our now fourth generation of retrievers caring for our girls through whelping puppies to old age! I can highly recommend the kind, friendly, caring service provided, from the telephone conversation, booking an appointment, welcome at reception, consultation with vet & veterinary nurses (who always make you feel reassured you are looking after your dogs well) to the aftercare. They’ve given us great advice over the phone whenever we’ve needed it, and they always put our dog Jasper’s needs first. We were especially grateful for their support during the complex process of moving Jasper to Australia. They guided us through every step and made a very stressful situation so much easier. We have used Clevedale for many years now. The staff have always been very polite, knowledgeable, sympathetic and helpful. The Vet we always requested has taken a back seat now but we have since consistently had an excellent service.
