The shop were helpful and have good advice. The men that installed our new integrated washing machine did a great job. They were polite, punctual and tidy. They took away out broken machine too . . Will use them again if I need anything

Bought regularly from Pearsons ..Tv, washer drier, two ovens, hob, dishwasher and today a replacement fridge freezer (stopped working last night) delivered same day. Very grateful! Cannot recommend too highly. Extremely helpful, consistent service, friendly and professional. So lucky to have them locally. Thanks all, great local business.

Walked in last week, ordered a replacement integral fridge. Ordered one which was out of stock at the time but within a week has literally just been fitted. I don’t know the names of 2 chaps who delivered/fitted (sorry) but they’ve just left and done a nice job for us. Good to purchase locally and receive nice customer service - highly recommended

Tv broke on Monday . Went to Pearsons Tuesday. Mark arranged for two technicians to come Wednesday .Two very proficient guys arrived at the designated time .Half an hour later new tv in situ on the wall .Profession service by all concerned . Why would the people from Stokesley go anywhere else .A very satisfied customer . Many thanks .

Alex and Chris went above and beyond…. being unable to negotiate our steep farm track, they willingly transferred the washing machine into our trailer at the bottom of the hill and both came up, plumbed it in and took the old one away …. again transferring it from our trailer to their van. All done with a smile and a “can do” attitude. Full marks Pearson’s for outstanding customer service ! Will be back…. supporting local family business
