Millbry Hill Stokesley Store

First time ordering from here....wow!! Took over a week to despatch items, given 2 DPD tracking codes, neither work! Got through to operation team for website, apparently its normal and im to wait another 4 days to receive my goods! Said it was my first purchase from them and i would be logging a complaint, response was, ok then!! Absolutely avoid!! Terrible customer service!!

Customer service is shocking. Trying to find a reliable source of feed and they’re either out of stock or keep you waiting to get hold of said feed. I’ve already complained once and was basically disregarded. Hugely disappointing as having worked at a country store myself, so I know what it’s like. The excuses weren’t acceptable either since it would have been quicker for me to go round to your warehouse which is 2 minutes away and get the feed myself. I’ve tried calling and tried using your online service but both have been equally disappointing.

Recently placed an order for 2 bags of soft and lite senior for my aged shetland. When it has arrived it's out of date by beginning of September, never will I use it by then so hence complete waste of money. I am very disappointed 😞 I will never use again.

The store had what we needed in stock so we did a click and collect. Rang them to explain we needed it immediately and the assistant kindly went and got our order ready straight away. Very helpful.
