Love the markets and the variety of local produce. However, today at Stokesley I bought a cheese scone costing £2 which was a big disappointment. Very dry, little cheese flavour. Did not taste fresh. First time I have felt let down by any produce at the market.

Visited the Wynyard Hall market today, was pretty poor. Not as many stalls as I’d expect. Did it all in 20 mins. The farmers markets in Knutsford puts this to shame can spend hours there.

Stewarts park market.11.45 and everything sold out already. Supposed to be open till 2pm. Very poor planning, lots of lost trade. Poor performance. Sounds contradictory I know but over 2 hours lost from 5 hrs trading does not make financial sense.
