Westbrook Cycles is a well established cycle store based just outside the market town of Stokesley in the Hambleton district of North Yorkshire.

Established 25 years ago as a local shop selling and repairing bikes, Westbrooks have witnessed excellent growth over the years. All of their workshop staff are Cytech qualified and provide the best service and technical advice, as well as having an experienced team offering a wealth of knowledge from all cycling disciplines on the shop floor.

Realising the importance of the internet, the online mail order side of the business was set up in 2004 and has allowed them to provide a much bigger, better range of products, to many more customers. This has led to them taking on countless more quality brands over the years and opening the doors to exciting future opportunities.

At Westbrook Cycles, they pride themselves on providing their customers with a premier experience. Whether in store or online, they want to make sure that they are offering the best equipment at the best prices so you can enjoy what you do as much as possible.

I am a long time customer and have returned time and again for the simple reason that they are a bike shop staffed by cyclists who understand the needs of the customer. They went the extra mile to ensure that my new bike was not only set up and equipped at short notice for an overseas trip and ensured that the spare mech hanger I needed was posted out to me in time for my trip. (Fortunately not required!) Awesome company

Delighted with my 6.5L Ortlieb 'lagoon' handlebar bag. A quality product (to match my Ortlieb panniers), has ample room and provides instant access. Very handy for items required mid ride such as waterproofs, tools, snacks and a lock. Comes with a detachable carry handle. Disappointing that it does not come with a fixing bracket. Westbrook Cycles provided a prompt delivery service (quicker than quoted) and my item was securely wrapped. Thank you.

An excellent service. A replacement skewer (for one inadvertantly lost at the roadside) was sent quickly and efficiently, and arrived despite the Xmas period. Website and stock list waer excellent and I can't fault them on anything. I anm very grateful to the guys and girls at Westbrook.

Awesome. Very good customer service. Correct part arrived and fit perfectly, they need to update their listing to include my Boardman slr elite five wheels so someone else like me can find the parts fit easier. Very happy indeed.
