Finch House Stokesley

Finch House is beautiful in photos but it is even more beautiful in person. We had the best time celebrating our lovely friend Liz’s 60th birthday. All beds were VERY comfy. The decor and styling throughout is beautiful. The attention to detail is exceptional with a fully stocked kitchen, a wonderful bar cupboard and robes, slippers and towels for showers and the hot tub. The outdoor area is stunning, the hot tub and views are spectacular. The best part has to be how friendly and attentive Dolly and Stephen the owners are, all of our needs were catered to. Thank you for the hour extra for check out, we appreciate it very much. We booked for one night which was perfect. One thing I do feel would be an addition is an electric car charger on site, my car is electric and I would have paid to use it if it was there. We will be back. Thanks for a wonderful stay. Claire.

This place is absolutely stunning! Stephen and Dolly were perfect hosts and paid all attention to detail. The pictures don’t do this house justice. It was beautifully decorated, clean, spacious, the hot tub was boiling, it was equipped with washing facilities, dressing gowns, towels and flip flops! I am absolutely going to stay here again, nothing was to much! The price is very reasonable too as well as being in an easy locate-able place! Thank you again for hosting us and making us feel so welcome. We are in awe of your beautiful house!

Wow-simply magnificent! A spacious, stylish and luxurious house, finished to a very high standard and exceptionally well-equipped. A very special place in a great location, the house is beautifully furnished and tastefully decorated - both stylish and contemporary. The large, open plan kitchen, dining area and lounge are extremely well-equipped and perfect to relax in. The three bedrooms(two en suite) have high quality furniture, tasteful soft furnishings and very comfy beds and the three bathrooms are similarly well equipped. The views both from the house and garden are picture-perfect and in the garden there is a hot tub and dining area with comfortable furniture. The house and garden are immaculately maintained by the very helpful and friendly owners - for whom nothing is too much trouble. So many thoughtful additional touches too - from fluffy bathrobes to towels and slippers for outside use. The ultimate venue for a relaxing, comfortable and stylish retreat in a lovingly designed, decorated and furnished house and located close to the lovely town of Stokesley and the North Yorkshire Moors. Finch House is simply awesome!

We stayed here as a party of 6 just for a short break, Finch house ticks all the boxes of a 5 star plus self catering holiday home, furnished, decorated and appointed to a very high standard. All the bedrooms have huge comfy beds with quality linen and pillows, en suites have everything you need. A large lounge with sumptuous comfy sofas, a superbly designed kitchen diner with everything you could need to make your stay beyond perfection. Outside you will find a fantastic sunken seating area, bbq’s and a real treat is the hot tub with great views across country. The hosts are super friendly and nothing is too much trouble. There is ample parking and the house is easy to find via Sat nav. Finch house is well placed to use as a base to explore the surrounding countryside A true 5 star plus experience

Absolutely gorgeous weekend at Finch House. Steven couldn’t do enough for us. Such a lovely special stay. Will definitely be back!
