Fabulous stay in cringle cottage, one of the lanes cottages in Stokesley. The apartment was immaculate and is actually cuter in person than in the pictures. Location is excellent, right by the market square and stokesley high street and stokesley is a great place to explore the area and the north yorkshire moors. Rosie, the host, was a delight to interact with, responsive, informative and extremely helpful. Very much recommended.
Stayed in Bracken Cottage for a girls night and it was absolutely perfect. The cottage was immaculate and finished to an incredibly high standard. The little touches were also great, with a lovely hand written note and treat from the owner. The cottage is in a brilliant location, in the center of Stokesley high street, but set back enough to make it a lovely private accommodation. Rosie was the perfect host and I would recommend the lanes cottages to anyone wanting an idyllic stay in Stokesley. Thank you Rosie!
Fantastic short stay at Cringle Cottage with our grandsons. In the centre of Stokesley with lots of free parking, the property is spotlessly clean and very recently refurbished .Tasteful decor and with quality fixtures and furniture, it is ideal for a stay in this part of the North East. Rosie was great at communicating with us and was really helpful. We will return. Thank you so much, Rosie.
Immaculate very well presented cottage. Recently refurbished with lovely modern kitchen area & spacious shower room. Rosie had left milk, butter, cereal and a delicious fresh bloomer loaf as well as a good selection of teas and coffee. Ampleforth free off street parking in market Square only a few yards from the cottage. Lots of restaurants & bars. We had drinks in the Green man, the White Swan and Chapter's, also called here a couple of times for coffee. We had dinner in Uno Momento and Y'Thai both served delicious food and the staff were great. Plenty of walks from Stokesley, we walked along the river Leven to Great Ayton. Having another walk today in the beautiful Yorkshire sunshine before going for lunch af the Tuffted Hog which comes highly recommended then heading home. Will definitely return and stay at Bracken Cottage.
Stayed in Bracken Cottage, had a wonderful experience. Great accommodation with everything you could want or need. The host was great, Stokesley is beautiful and the local restaurants were fabulous! Would highly recommend 10/10
