Beautiful, well looked after Country Park with an amazing, good food awarded restaurant, mini golf, enclosed agility field for dogs and large dog field. There are some lovely walks directly from the site to Great Ayton and Stokesley but other fantastic walks nearby. Roseberry Topping only 5 mins drive from the site or you could chose the our tranquility of the site!

Just got home from my first weekend at this lovely place, the lodges are amazing, was a little concerned about it being December but no need to be, we was so cosy, warm and comfortable. The hot tub was bliss. Staff are so helpful and friendly. The on site restaurant is really nice, lovely food at reasonable prices and again staff are brilliant. A lovely stay surrounded by gorgeous views. I would highly recommend and will definitely be staying again.

We have just come back from our 3rd trip here and already looking to book again. The site is clean, quiet, all staff are friendly and the lodges are all premium level. Hot tubs checked every single day and always someone on hand to help with luggage etc. The outside kitchen are which is stocked with everything needed for the bbq is a lovely touch too! The G & T house on site is great with cracking food and plenty of drinks to choose from and you even get a complimentary drink here for all guests on your booking. Check in and check out is extremely simple and staff are always friendly! This time around we left something in the lodge and when I called to see if they had it they happily worked with me to get it packaged ready for a courier to collect it. Will never be able to recommend this place enough and can’t wait for our next visit! Ps. ‘The woods’ is the best place on the park for the sunsets from the living room! 👌

Not the luxury as advertised or described. They are basically static caravans and not lodges. Hot tub was decent however. Service was shocking and no concern for welfare after our “lodge” had no water due to weather. We had no emails acknowledging the issue despite after calling reception it was a site wide problem. We were offered 4 bottles of water to use to flush toilet. No offer of a change of lodge to get washed or use facilities until the next night and that was only to use the shower and not to move.

Terrible experience. To start luxury lodges are not like the online photos - our living room was a lot less ‘luxe’ and we had a stained and frayed sofa. We had no water for over 24 hours due to the cold weather . We were told all lodges had this issue yet on speaking to people around us this was not the case . After ignored emails we called a second time to report it and a maintenance man came out , he told us there was an issue with our trace pipe heating not working . For almost half our stay we could not shower , had no working toilet and could not wash dishes . We were provided with 4 bottles of water and told nothing could be done to resolve it . 10 hours after we logged the issue we were given a key to a lodge across the park to use if we needed the toilet etc - expected to walk through the cold and ice each time ?! We were also told to get washed in the hot tub ! Attitude of staff is rude and dismissive , no apology or compensation offered just a claim it wasn’t their fault . This has truly ruined my birthday weekend and they couldn’t care less. Don’t waste your money !
