16th centuary bridge that crosses over the river Leven Stokesley North Yorkshire. The Packhorse bridge was built so the rector could visit his parishioners from Durham to Helmsley and York.

Beautiful and picturesque little bridge on the River Leven just behind the main road through Stokesley. Definitely worth a two minute detour if you are passing by on foot.
