The Coffee Club

Nipped in for a mocha and flat white. Very nice coffee. The owner was really welcoming and the local were really friendly. We sat inside as it was quite cold but there's loads of outside seating by the river Wharfe so would be an amazing little spot on a summer's day.

What a lovely place and although Richard had a full house yesterday lunchtime he delt with everyone in a friendly and professional manner. Food is simple but nicely made. Coffee great and hot just as it should be on a cold day.Very good value for money. Thank you

We discovered this little coffee shop on the off chance after a walk around Tadcaster. We were warmly welcomed and realised that Richard used to run Walkers Kitchen, just up the road. He had taken over this coffee shop this summer. So it was lovely to see a familiar and friendly face!! It was busy on a Sunday afternoon and full of regulars! We ordered coffee, sandwiches and scones! It’s nicely decorated with wood on all sides and has a small counter of lovely cakes and bakes. All very reasonably priced. It’s dog friendly and we will definitely be back soon!!

We came across the coffee club one Sunday last year, and have been in every Sunday since! Richard is the friendliest, kindest host and the customer service is fantastic. The coffee and food is exceptional! Everyone gets the warmest welcome, and both regulars and new customers are made to feel like a big family. Highly recommend!

What a little gem of a coffee shop. Great food, excellent coffee served with a smile in a lovely riverside location. What it lacks in space inside it certainly makes up for with seats outside and does takeouts. Perfect for walkers, dog walkers and cyclists. Had a gorgeous scone but was tempted by the savouries as well as the Victoria sandwich cake. We must go back soon. My little dog took up the position as guard dog at the door in exchange for a treat or too.
