Our company vans and cars pick up knocks and scrapes on a regular basis. Each time this happens we call on Laughtons for help. I've just collected our metallic silver Skoda Superb estate, which needed several dents and scratches fixed. It looks brand new now! We even saved some money because they were able to fix, rather than replace some parts - great work as usual; the paint job is so well blended you can't tell a repair was ever done. Highly recommended.

Poor communication, vehicle has been back twice and still not sorted 2 months down the line. If you are wanting a reliable and quality job don or use this firm. The team are friendly enough but a list of excuses

Disappointing. Took my car and was impressed on the first contact. Was told they would come back to me. After 7 working days had not had any contact so I called and left a voice ail message. Still no response.
