I have just been in and got a butty and coffee. I was served by the friendliest lady I have been served by in a long long time. What a pleasure it was to detour to tadcaster, to meet a lady who can only be described as an asset and a credit to the company. I would love to nominate her for employee of the month as she has brought light to a bit of a grey day for me. Sorry I don’t know your name. But Cooplands should be proud of you x

I visited this store recently with my grandson and son in law. Upon entering there was a long queue and my son in law was just able to get into the shop. We were greated by a member of staff who shouted at my son in law to move into the shop to allow other customers to enter. (There were no other people waiting). I found the staff rude and unwelcoming. This was my first and last visit.
