what a delightful experience! The staff were just as helpful as could be, and they made my daughter feel like an absolute princess for her prom. A big thank you to Lacey, the owner, for making it all possible. Bless her heart! ❤️

Unfortunately we did not have the best experience here. On arrival we were asked to go in but the entrance to the shop was congested with other people so we were unsure where we were supposed to go. We were given a brief overview of what dresses were where and left to look. Once we had chosen some dresses my daughter was put in a middle changing room of the 3 that are there. There are 2 settees to sit on, one was occupied by 3 people with one girl (supposed to be a maximum of 2 guests) and the other was a lady on her own with her daughter. Once they moved all their items we were able to sit down. One of the staff helped to fasten the dresses but my daughter felt over whelmed as coming out of the changing room everyone in there turns to look. For my daughter this was not the experience she wanted. If your child is confident and doesn’t mind strangers looking at her as she chooses then this may be the place for you. For us however we felt awkward and not very welcomed.

After I initially mixed up our appointment time, Lacey was gracious, reassuring and accommodating getting us in to be seen at a later time that day which was such a relief! There are so many beautiful dresses available to try and the staff were absolutely superb. Friendly, kind and hardworking they did everything they could to help us find the right dress for my daughter. The level of customer service was amazing and even if we hadn't found THE dress (which we did!), I would recommend this shop regardless on that basis alone. Thank you ladies for all of your help and for such a lovely experience!

We took my granddaughter early for her Prom dress, the location was lovely on the outskirts of Tadcaster. The service and choice of dresses were very good and comptevely priced. The dress was selected back this Saturday to have the final fitting. Well worth the visit.
