Really simple process from start to finish with all calculations done from our measurements and photos and clear help and guidance in the shop on what would and would not work. Got to choose our stove, hearth, mantle and chatted about the importance of not damaging the floor as it would need the entire downstairs flooring replaced if that happened. Got a fitting date there and then. Building team came at 1330 (they were running late so texted in advance). They drilled out the old fireplace and really opened it up, lined the chimney and had it all installed, plastered and skimmed by 1800. They even repaired some damage where the plaster came loose in our hallway due to the vibration of the drill. A really smooth and simple process from start to finish

We ordered our stove from Calcaria Stoves and the service was fantastic. No pressure and we were given time to think about what we wanted in our home. We placed the order and had a date booked in. Unfortunately, our house has been a problem child and things didn't quite go to plan, with issue after issue whereby we couldn't use the chimney. Carl, his team and the team at Calcaria Stoves worked on a solution and another date was booked for last Tuesday to have a twin wall flue installed . Due to the nature of the work involved, installation took all day but the lads cracked on and got it all done. We are absolutely buzzing with the installation and looking forward to using it more on those chilly winter nights. Would highly recommend Calcaria Stoves. Went to Calcaria Stoves for a browse. Found exactly what we were looking for. Laura was extremely helpful with advice given. No pressure at all to purchase. Date was set for installation. No problems at all. Everything went to plan. A beautiful looking log burner and warms the space fantastically. Couldn’t be happier with the end result.
