I bought a bike through cycle to work scheme, brilliant service from start to end. Bike was delivered, well packaged and in perfect condition, I had a few questions, but these were all sorted in a simple phone call. Can't recommend enough.

Nice work Cyclesense :) My journey to London was completed on the best-serviced bike I could have wished for. Over 500km in 6 days for a older guy with no recent cycling experience - it needed a totally reliable piece of work from Paul and team to set up. Thanks so much!

Great shop and staff, had excellent experience purchasing bike through cycle scheme. Owner went extra mile and delivered fully assembled bike to Leeds! Then again helped out with 6-week bike servicing on a very short notice. So far completed coast to coast challenge and had no issues with my bike, will be using this store for any further cycling needs. Thank you John and the rest of the Cyclesense team! :)

Ordered my new bike from this store online. A friendly man phoned me the next morning to check I had requested the correct size and we discussed the delivery options. My bike was delivered by DPD in perfect condition. I’m loving my new bike, thank you!

I called in to Cycle Sense this morning to have a look at, and a chat about, a particular model of bike they stock. Right from the off I was given time and great advice from the gentleman who dealt with me (I regret I didn't catch his name). I also needed a few accessories and items of clothing - all good quality and reasonably priced. The shop itself caters to all tribes of cyclist and is welcoming and well laid out. The staff (not least the chap who dealt with me) are equally as welcoming and knowledgeable. Having been armed with lots of useful information, my next visit there ought to be to order my dream bike. Thanks guys!
