12 Green Close

Really nice house. We shared with our daughter and family, there were,7 of us.The beds were comfy,plenty of room for hanging clothes etc. Lovely and clean, no complaints whatsoever, only downside for us cos we are oldies, it was too far a walk to the beach. Beach access not great. But so good for exploring the Yorkshire coast.

House was spotless and roomy. Plenty to do on site, pub very expensive tho. Got burned once, never went back. Spent our money in a nearby pub which was half the price, twice as friendly and catered. The food was excellent too.

Had an excellent week at 12. Green Close, it was everything Mel said it would be. One of the few holidays where we didn't want to come home, it was so relaxing. The facilities are second to none and the whole area provides a real variety of things to do for all the family. Coaxing our two year old grand-daughter off the stunning beach was the hardest thing we had to do!! We would recommend !2 Green Close to anyone and have already done so to family and friends. Can't wait to go back and would have been back already if it wasn't booked up.

We stayed at 12 Green Close The Bay Filey during July 2013, and loved it. Private parking, WiFi, all mod cons, and comfy beds. The first day was a little overcast, but that didn't matter, as we relaxed in the indoor spa complex. Pamper-room, pools, sauna, and bistro/cafe next door. The second day we walked down to the beach, after having a picnic halfway down the private access road. What a view - perfect weekend.
