Perfect for the younger children they need more for the older ones but the beach is perfect so dreamy and perfect if your into surfing or paddleboarding like us make sure you to buy a wetsuit trust me you will thank me the beach also allows dogs again another bonus

January birthday treat away, accommodation was spot on, warm cosy apartment, tv, cooker, fridge, dishwasher washer all the basics you need, my only disappointment this time was the bathroom window had no blind and the window vent was broken so the bathroom was very very cold. Oh and there was no cafe for morning breakfast available

Filey Bay is one of my favourite places to take my family. Lovely views and the long bay is perfect for families to just spend a day at the beach. It's only a short walk (about 15 mins) from the Haven site at Primrose valley. Down the clifftop and woodland paths to access the Beach. It's clean and you can walk all the way into Filey. And if you have any fossil hunters, I've found plenty of fossilized shells while walking along the steam that runs down from the valley, into the sea and along the rock line at the cliff base.

Lovely apartment but ridiculous prices on site spoilt it plus long walk to bus stops bus should come on to the site,path down to beach a little precarious for anyone with mobility issues
