Was booked for a short birthday stay. Great cabbin by the lake. Great access for exploring the wonderful north east coast inland and costale. Cabin was very spacious very warm and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again just wish was a little more choice om site. Only 1 pub and very small shop limited hours. So had to travel off site most times. However everything else was perfect. Parking can be annoying as ppl dont stick to the property they are staying in. We had to park several times a little distance from our accommodation which found strange as we was end 1 and mo other reason to block the space. Woild we return definitely
We spent Xmas in the bay and absolutely loved it. The holiday cottages were wonderful, very good location with lots to do in the area. Our only issue was the cleanliness of the leisure centre. It was right near the beach but unfortunately the scooter we hired was not strong enough to get back up the hill so I had to miss out on going down to the beach which was a little disappointing however we still had a wonderful time.
Just stayed here for 3 nights, stayed for my birthday and was greeted by a card, cute. Pool was amazing, never busy and steam room and sauna fantastic. Gyn was well equipped and food in the pub was absolutely worth it, but more than the local pub but worth every penny. If you're looking for a great break away, come here it's ace. I'm picky but this toy town village is a dream. We loved it, hope you do too x
We stayed in a comfort cottage with our dog and were pleasantly surprised. Couldn't really fault the accommodation it had everything. Beautiful grounds, parking and nice walks. Very clean and well equipped. The dog loved her welcome pack! The only negative is that the bath didn't have a mat so had to be careful not to slip but just a minor point. Would definitely recommend and wouldn't hesitate to stay again.
Great stay at this holiday village. Lovely apartment at a great price. Accommodation was clean. The village itself is quite and relaxing. About a 50 minute walk to the centre of Filey but there is a regular bus which goes from bridlington to Filey to Scarborough. Shop on site has most things you might need and there is also a pharmacist. Didn't try the onside pub or restaurant due to the reviews. Access to the beach is possible from the site but it is down a steep hill.
