As a singer in band I visit alot of pubs! This ones stands out as being really quite special because of the clientelle it attracts and because of the way it is run. As soon as we arrived we got a really warm welcome from everyone and nothing was too much trouble. They sang, danced, laughed and partied with us all night. LADIES - the toilets were immaculately clean!! I would give my right arm to have a local pub like this. Good luck to Gaz and the team and thank you for keeping live music live. Wildfire NE UK will be back in 2026

Lovely dog friendly pub (well behaved dog's 😊) excellent friendly service. Follow all covid rules so feel safe. Nice cheap meals so can actually afford to go for a drink knowing you have to eat too. Would definitely recommend
