HSBC Thirsk

I had a problem with my HSBC app and went to my local HSBC Thirsk branch to get it sorted out. I only had to wait 15mins to start my meeting considering I just walked in. My meeting went really well. Sue at HSBC Thirsk was very nice and knowledgeable. We completed what we needed to and more. Sue set me up with a new account for my savings. I’m glad I was seen in person and not have had to do it online. I could not have done online what we did and I hope the branch will remain open and not be shut down. Many thanks to the staff at HSBC Thirsk.

Having been into Thirsk branch today Sue the lady on the counter was very helpful and patient with me. Helping me to get onto the banking app. Thank you so much for your help it took a while to set up but we got there in the end.

Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. i wanted to know about Credit Card options and Sarah assisted me with this. Sarah was very helpful, explaining all the options allowing me to make the appropriate choice and talking me through the full process. This was explained very clearly and efficiently, many thanks Sarah.

Finally a bank that cares and has lovely people who talk to you, are super helpful and solve problems you’ve been trying to sort out for weeks. Thank you Sue for all your advise and help two weeks’ ago.

This Bank and its wonderful employees is a true example of intregrity, genuine kindness and interest in helping their customers no matter what the query or need. They are a lifeline to many account holders in more ways than one for the reassurance of their customers interest at heart. You may arrive with uncertainty, stress in not knowing how to do something. You leave uplifted, feeling good and treated with such respect with a big smile of satisfaction. They genuinly look after their customers! Its so appreciated in these times.
