We opened Nationwide accounts for our daughters and the service provided was fantastic. The staff were hugely engaging and treated you like a friend, whilst always adopting a professional demeanour. In my opinion, this branch has set the benchmark for customer satisfaction!
We have just moved to the area from South Yorkshire and just took a chance to get some advice from a colleague in Thirsk branch . I don’t recall his name and I should have taken a little more time to find out, but he was superb. Welcoming , knowledgeable and really helpful . I just wanted to extend my thanks and to say well done to Thirsk branch for their help. It was around lunchtime on today. 22nd February, 23’. Thank you!
