Took my son to Jack and he did such a fantastic job with his haircut! ✂️ Every time we come, we leave super happy – it’s the kind of place you always want to come back to. Highly recommend.

I had an appointment with Jack this morning. The first time I had visited the shop and I wasn't disappointed. Two great guys working hard and very busy which is good. Excellent idea of appointment only. You know if you gave to wait it won't be long. After being with the same hairdresser for years and now finding myself not in the vicinity anymore, I needed to find somewhere I felt good about and I have. I will be back as soon as us necessary. Did an amazing job with my little boy....the car for him to sit in definitely helped compared to previous trims, Jack had so much patience with him and left him with a smart hair cut, will definitely be bringing my son back every time from now on ☺️

The staff are very polite, understanding, they listen and have a lot of patience. With autistic boys whom of which are touch, noise, taste and smell sensitive. They do an excellent job. My boys will not go to any one else. Sure they get busy even when you book appointments, like everywhere else that does. They are fair and do there best to see you. It also shows how good of a barbers they are. I would highly recommend. Even corrected a haircut gone wrong when my son's hair was well and truly butchered by another barbers not far away. (Not mentioning names.)

Don't even waste your time going. Rang up at 10 for an appointment for my 1 year old, they said yeah come for 1130. Drove half an hour to get there and arrived at 1120. Lady said won't be long take a seat. She finished the previous customer and then said sorry I'm running 40 minutes behind. Do you want to wait or come back. 40 minutes! Can't expect a 1 year old to wait 40 minutes. I explained i had booked and live half hour away so no time to go and come back. She than said well her next customer would take 40 minutes. How ridiculous. Why not trim my lads hair which would have taken all of 10 mins and then do her longer job. Has common sense completely gone out the window? Totally waste of my time and fuel. What a joke of a place
