This was the worst beard trim I have ever had! what a waste! … not straight detailing … it only took 8 minutes - a nice detail shave should be a lovely enjoyable experience… I wouldn’t go here ever again, there are so many other places that will give you a better experience in thirsk

Very disappointed, asked for blade 2 back and sides faded in a bit off the top so nothing too fancy. It was rushed, sides cut far too high and not faded in, top not cut right. Scissors felt blunt as were pulling on my hair. Looked like 2 different haircuts, not happy at all!

Ive been here a few times and up until the last twice i got good service and a smart haircut . last time and today however were terrible haircuts , both times i was sat down less than 5 minutes , he shaved the sides and back of my head with a number 3 , 5 or 6 cuts on the top of my head with scissors and that was that . never again ... stay well away from the very thin hairdresser

The service I had here was terrible. I walked in as the only customer, the barber had his feet up in his chair and continued to use his mobile, took a minute to even look up and welcome me. Just pointed to a chair, set up his phone to blast loud music next to me which I asked him to turn down a bit. Haircut was appalling, he tried to rush through in 5 mins until I pointed out all the uneven tufts he had left, even then he cididnt trim it evenly. Rudeness and incompetent service. Very disappointing.

Great haircut, and bread trim, plus extras like nose wax and eyebrow shaping. Staff member Ali is particularly good at his job! Well done 5/5
