I have been using Stoneacre Thirsk for the past 5 years, looking after my Ford for servicing and MoT's etc. My most recent visit was again a pleasure, with a great customer experience start to finish from Sean and the team. The personal service is exceptional meaning that I have every confidence any work is going to be done to my satisfaction, with great communication throughout the process. I will be returning when the next service is due, in the meantime thanks again for a top quality job!
We had great service from Stoneacre Ford. We booked two vans in for a mini service (oil and filter) as we felt 25,000 miles was too long to wait. Booking in, arrival on the morning and being kept informed on the day were very useful.
I visit stonacre thirsk as a company van driver, often made to feel unwelcome at some places due to not paying directly. However here at thirsk I was made to feel very welcome by Sammy in servicing and he took care of everything for me. Would make me consider coming back to stonacre for purchases/servicing here in the future
