These folk are great. I was having some issues with my 2002 5 series running rough. Thought it was the VANOS but through careful diagnosis turned out to be a vacuum leak. Leon did a great job health checking the whole car and getting things sorted (spent ages on it). Car now runs better than ever. Can’t recommend them enough. They know their BMWs! Reasonable prices too.

I consider myself extremely lucky to have found this specialist as it is getting increasingly harder to find garages who know older and especially M Powered BMWs inside and out. I cannot speak highly enough of the service levels and workmanship I have received from this outfit. I will admit I am incredibly precious about my beloved E36 and I have high expectations and trepidation if any work is needed. Some might say I’m too demanding or perhaps an awkward customer, but I do have extensive motor trade experience, most pertinently in the BMW group and therefore my expectations albeit high, I know can be achieved. You just have to find the right professional outfit, like this place. To make matters even sweeter Bob is a pleasure to deal with and genuinely happy to talk at length about your pride and joy if you so wish, he is a very likeable and knowledgeable guy. I’ve said it already but thanks again for all the work done over this summer to my E36, she’s pulling and handling better than ever after you expertly identified areas where performance and general improvements could be found. Very lucky have found a BMW specialist so close to me. Owning quite a rare V10 I wanted to make sure it went to someone who knew what they were doing, and that is definitely Bob! Well priced and a great professional service.

We came across a great garage this month, Bob and the guys @ R Elsworth are extremely knowledgeable, helpful and honest chaps. Just recently we had some work done on a very specialist e46 project, there was a long list of problems that had many people scratching heads however these guys had it resolved quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back - I can’t recommend them enough!

Very happy with the service from Bob for my wife's Mini. It was due a service and we are new to the area. With the nearest BMW garage being so far away it's great having a garage with great model knowledge and someone who clearly knows the BMW and Mini range so well.
