Needed an MOT rather quickly. Another garage in Tholthorpe recommended RWS and for that I am extremely grateful. Was warmly welcomed by the owners and offered coffee. I waited in a warm and comfortable area and an hour later was handed my certificate. A fantastically family ran business that I highly recommend and would not hesitate to use again. Thank you.
Heading to Eurotunnel from Scotland, we had an interesting loss of brakes on the A66. Nursed into Thirsk and headed here. They spent all day trying to source a vacuum pump belt and tensioner with no success. However, they managed to develop another solution, that saved the day. These guys are absolute superstars and put themselves in the position of the customer. Accommodating, patient and diligent, I cannot recommend this company enough. They are able to problem solve and adapt to resolve issues. Certainly a massive bonus in my book, and the kind of people I like to work with. Thank you so much for your help. Highly recommended. Dropped in today as my boot latch/lock would not work. Tyler took a look straightaway but it was broken. Jack ordered a new part which was delivered three hours later. He called me, and less than half an hour after that, it was fitted and I was on my way! Exceptional service from both Jack and Tyler. Thank you!
Avoid like the plague. 3k for a minibus with a dodgy mot, allegedly 2months old. Needed 2k+ on welding to put right which they either knew about or are totally inept/dodgy/liars. They let me drive it away knowing it was dangerous and illegal. Ignored my contact and photos. Keep well away.
Have used this garage twice Bow, once for a repair and spray and the result was great. Now for Mot and service they collected my car and brought it back. Great service and would recommend
