I can’t recommend this garage highly enough! The team are always friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. They go above and beyond to make sure everything is explained clearly and that you feel confident about the work being done. Both my car and my mum’s car have been looked after brilliantly – nothing is ever too much trouble, and the service is consistently excellent. From routine checks to unexpected repairs, they handle everything quickly and professionally, with a real focus on customer care. It’s rare to find such reliability and trustworthiness these days – I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

I've been really impressed with Nick and the team at Thirsk Autocentre. We broke down nearby (the first time since starting to drive!) and from us first getting in touch they were really helpful. They suggested other help for recovering the car when our registered recovery company was delayed. When we got the car to their garage they looked at it and gave us a diagnosis the same day within about 3 hours. The car was ready the next day so it was in the garage less that 24 hours! Nick was really knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Really appreciated these guys being so quick and helpful. We lost a day from our holiday waiting for the recovery people, but Thirsk autocentre have got the holiday back on track now. Thanks so much

It was a pleasure to meet Nick at Thirsk Autocentre, he was very friendly and informative re our new car purchase. We met up for a test drive and weren’t put under any obligation to buy, but we decided the Jaguar was the car for us. The car was fully serviced and valeted and a free warranty was provided prior to completing our purchase. Nick even offered to deliver the car to our home. A five star service from this independent garage.

The team is always helpful & professional & look after the car. Nick is always happy to help & will do his best to get you booked in to a time that suits & gets on with the job. As soon as I seen this car i fell in love with it, and despite being 3hrs away from my home I wanted it. I phoned Thirsk Autocentre & spoke to Nick who was fantastic, very friendly & honest and after much deliberation I decided to buy the car without even seeing it. I was kept well informed & up to date throughout. The car was delivered free of charge a week later on a day that was convenient for me. It also come was a full service & MOT. I can honestly say that my experience with Thirsk Autocentre has been absolutely fantastic and i can't speak highly enough of them. Thank you so much i am absolutely made up.
