I had an amazing experience at House of Moira Rose! I came in for a full head of highlights, toner, and a cut, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. The colour is beautifully blended, the tone is perfect, and the cut feels fresh and flattering. Fran (the owner) really listened to what I wanted and paid attention to every detail. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and professional from start to finish. I walked out feeling refreshed and loving my hair. Highly recommend!
