Just been in Greggs here in store and the member of staff didn't speak and stood with his arms folded all the time as if we were an inconvenience! Then chose to talk in his language to another staff member. Ignorant and Arrogant man 06/12/25 @ 18.00pm.

BP Spar Ripon is my go to fuel, air and car wash station mostly because it is located at a prime spot that's easy to access on my way from work or from a school run. BP staff are always friendly and helpful, they encouraged me to sign up for BPMe rewards cards. I am yet to see the benefits of the program but I just love BP. It helps a business to have friendly and helpful staff. Next time I visit I will ask for the Ripon BP staff names in order to posy shout our reviews.

For a newish garage the men's toilet are smelly definitely got problems with the drains and a good clean wouldn't go a miss

Great petrol station for a services. Lots of pumps and no more expensive than usual supermarket fuel, which is rare to find! Good well stocked shop too

Biggest con going! Used to use this place 3 times a week for breakfast - not anymore! Went there to wash my car which needed a lot of cleaning as we’d just brought home a newborn Used the cleaning equipment provided by the site for an allotted amount of time it allowed me to pay for then I get a fine saying I stayed too long If you can’t stay for more the 30 minutes why provide cleaning jet washers that let you use the equipment well over 30 minutes? Seems deliberate to earn £££ Stated this in my appeal and provided receipts of car washing charges but they claim I did not Seems like many people have been caught out by this scam so posting this review to warn people not to use this place I don’t know how they get away with this
