Worst customer service I've ever experienced. Lady with short dark hair and glasses, should not be near customers as they are obviously such a nuisance to her. She was rude, aggressive and made me feel so uncomfortable. Shame as I had an armful of clothes I was about to purchase. Put them all down and I've just ordered them online instead. Complained to the customer service desk at the garden centre and they were so apologetic and explained that Edinburgh Woollen Mill is separate to their garden centre. They also let me know this is the fourth complaint against this woman!!! Really hope the manager sees this and teaches that vile woman some basic manners.
