Poor service. Needed some fabric and had two children with me so I asked a member of staff if they had what I was looking for and I was instantly dismissed with a big 'No'. Then I was ignored. No help or 'we having something similar' I won't be returning
The lady who owns the shop is just lovely! Gave me some great advice and now my dad has a lovely new pair of oven gloves for Fathers Day. So so lucky to have shops like this so close by.
Lovely airy light shop good for comparing fabric colours. Excellent range of good quality fabrics for both patchwork and clothes making . Very knowledgeable and patient owner. Good parking by shop.
Stopped off in Thirsk today especially to visit and I was NOT disappointed. A real Aladdins cave full of wonderful range of gorgeous fabrics, cross stitch and sewing supplies. I was really pleased to pick up some bits I'd been looking for and nice that there was full sets of a range rather than been the odd bolt . Will definitely be back thank you
I can’t praise the fabric bird highly enough . The shop is fabric heaven . I recently had a problem with some fabric and Kate was swift to rectify it for me . My only complaint is the bird needs to fly to Lincoln where I live . I can’t to visit again . Thanks again Kate .
