We brought our Tandem bike to Venture Cycles, it was in need of two new chains and some TLC. We were asked to bring the bike down to assess the work, after a thorough assesment we received an accurate quotation with a full breakdown of the work that was required. The bike was in and out within a day and the quality of the work was fantastic. The price was extremely fair and the cost of the work was made transparent throughout. Very honest and reliable bike shop and we will definitely be returning for any future work. Thanks very much for getting our Tandem bike running smoothly again.

A genuine (not trying to rip you off) helpful, friendly, and accommodating bike shop. Ian was great! I'd pop in even with a working bike if I'm in the area again.

Went in as I lost some parts for my bike whilst on holiday. Fantastic little shop has a great range for such a small place super helpful and welcoming. Thanks so much for the yorkshire way of helping a fellow man. I would highly recommend it.

I was on holiday near Thirsk and had problems with my Trek road bike disk brakes. This potentially would have spoilt my holiday. I rang Venture Cycles and I was able to take it in. It was fixed by the next day so I was back on the road. Excellent friendly service.
