I was refused petrol today at Thirsk Londis garage due to apparently they now require helmet removal before filling your tank ,Come on Londis I am 75 and can pay for my petrol!! I use your garage weekly either with my car and bike ! If you knew how long it takes to get comfortable in a helmet wearing glasses you would not be best pleased to remove it unesscercarily! Also put up signage on your pumps and save our embarrassment being treat like thieves!!!!! Your loss I will use other filling stations in Thirsk (do you ask the removal of the Burka????).

Customer service needs improving. I always feel like I'm being an inconvenience when I'm trying to return a parcel using the Evri system. If they are constantly having issues with this provider (the system had 'crashed again!) then they need to use a better one. And as frustrating as I imagine it is for the staff, they still should try and be a bit happier at the counter or look for another job!

Unbelievably rude when dropping parcels off. I was completely ignored when I tried to drop some parcels. No other customers in the shop and the assistant acted as if she could not see me. And then served the next person who came in. Dropping EVRI parcels off seems to be a huge inconvenience for them.

I came in here today, the attendant was in a hurry to go home, shes saying she can't cope not done with her job etc etc.. I came with a child, to post a parcel, she won't do anything but scan.I'm willing to wait as she said her companion is coming in for 2pm it's going to be a few minutes, so I said I'll wait, then she changed her words, saying her work collegue will come maybe 1430. She shouldn't be there If she can't cope. She keeps saying she's sooo busy but at that very minute I was there she consumed her time explaining to me she can't cope and she's busy.. so went home with my parcels. As she will really not accommodate me.

Friendly staff, they take £50 notes unlike nisa! Not that expensive you pay for convenience at unsociable hours! Keep up the good work guys n gals!!!!
