Popped into the Three Tuns recently and just wanted to give a shout out to Hugh, Courtney, and Phoebe. They’re a great bunch—really polite and friendly, and they actually go out of their way to be helpful which you don’t always get. It’s nice to be served by people who genuinely seem to enjoy what they're doing and make you feel welcome without being all stiff and formal about it. Definitely makes the atmosphere better. Cheers guys! Always a pleasure. 🙂

Comfy Bed although rooms a little oudated. Bathroom could so with a refurbished, stained flooring as in listed building so floor sloping away from bath. Decent shower though, once I'd worked it out (instructions on sticker above toilet). Tea & Coffee, plus biscuits in room. Hairdryer in wardrobe. Decent TV. Food to usual Wetherspoons standards. Parking short term outside, free between 6pm & 8am or longer stay at mill gate £6.40 per day Would stay here again. Thanks all

My wife and I had breakfast this morning. The breakfast was reasonably priced. Coffee and tea are also available for refilling. The breakfast quality was average. The portion of baked beans was very small; there was more sauce than beans. The bacon was hard as a hammer and dry. The mushroom was barely visible on the plate. The eggs, toast, and sausage were okay. Personally, I wouldn't go back unless the kitchen changes its preparation process. I apologize for this review, but it is honest and appropriate to the meal served.

Visited yesterday (Saturday) we were dropping friends off at the races and decided to grab lunch while there, the pub was busy as I would of expected with it been a race day, however we where able to get a table and order. Our food came out quickly and the service from staff was great.

Waited for 15 mins to be given a room key by a manager, stayed in room 13 (no hotel actually has a room 13) had to go up 42 steps through 3 doors to our room. Stairs very dirty and grubby (first impressions count). Room decent size with large bathroom, pillows very hard and king duvet stuffed into double cover so it was clumpy one side. Put towels in shower as was dirty to find they were rehung. Breakfast should be included in the price. The only thing I can't complain about is the food it was fairly decent. Had a view of roof's but did not mind as there was 2 courting pigeons.
