PowerBurn Gym Thirsk

I have been doing PowerBurn online workouts now for 8 months and I cannot believe how much I am enjoying them. For someone who has never liked the gym environment, this has been a perfect alternative to keeping fit, and the trainers are absolutely fantastic! Every workout is different, and even though you are in a class, it always feels very personable. I am feeling much stronger, much more energetic and over all very positive. I would highly recommend giving it a try!

It's in the title... Full of power, and you burn! I love power burn! I first joined about 10 years ago, left due to house move. Now I've moved back closer I've returned. And I'm SO glad I have! I cannot fault Gemma who's not only a fantastic coach but also extremely encouraging, awesome positivity, warm, reassuring, great advice/strives to help each individual in what they wish to personally achieve from PB whether that's your health, strength and fitness, personal wellbeing, healthy mind, self esteem, confidence etc and she's straight to the point. I always look forwards to attending her classes 5+ stars!

I've been working out with PowerBurn (Online) now for what is coming up to 6 months and its safe to say that I won't be heading back to my local gym any time soon! It all started as I wasn't able to go my local gym due to lockdowns and I was on the look out for an online program with coaches that were not only knowledgeable but that would also able hold me accountable for my progress (or lack of). I have a background in fitness so I would count myself lucky when it comes to being able to spot "pretenders" that wow you with before and after pictures that show results that are often not maintainable and achieved through what can only be described as pure misery! (trust me I've been there). So naturally I was intrigued by the PowerBurn philosophy and their approach to fitness as it aligned with my own experiences. I reached out and booked onto a free consultation call to see whether PowerBurn would be a good fit, and also to pick the brains of Gemma. I wasn't expecting to be so impressed straight out of the gate. Not only is she extremely knowledgeable but she listened to what I wanted to achieve and we came up with a plan on how we could get there. From then on there was no lucking back. Its safe to say that I'm a convert and I will not be heading back to my local gym when I know I can get better progress with dedicated coaches at PowerBurn. I feel extremely lucky to come across PowerBurn and more me it was one of the big plus sides to the lockdowns over the past year! Thanks Again Guys. Its been awesome!

Just had my first training session with Gemma, it was the first time I'd been in the gym since December (bloody lockdown) all I can is that Gemma is an amazing coach! She is so knowledgeable and so encouraging, can't recommend her enough and the ethos of Power Burn. Defo 5 stars from me.

Powerburn is the BEST online workout class I’ve ever done. It literally meets all my needs and offers so much variety and support and each class is a joyful challenge!! I can’t recommend it enough having tried various other versions that just weren’t as flexible as I needed or offered the same personal touch as Powerburn does. Very good pricing too. 👍🏻
