Fab gym for the local community. Would be better if it were bigger as it can get busy. 24 hours though makes this perfect. Fab swimming baths,my grandaughter loved playing with all the balls and floats etc. Large changing area, great showers and very clean.
Excellent place to visit. Tidy small car park which is free of charge for 3 hours but you must display your parking ticket as its private land. Very clean premises. Friendly, welcoming staff. Very clean changing rooms with nice hot showers. There is a larger pool which is warm and a smaller pool for the little ones and families. There is a very good value option to buy a discount card which lasts a year so you can come for a year for less money.
I was told I could get a day pass to train here without an induction (with my wife who is a member). However, I was told the opposite when met with the unbelievably rude receptionist who just couldn't be bothered. I was turned away with a stern look and no courtesy. Maybe some customer service training is needed?
If you don’t go at 10pm onwards then you won’t get on most of the weight lifting equipment. One of each thing, not much variation. You have people hogging the cables so one guy will be doing triceps and biceps but have both cables set up for each and keep swapping. Don’t come here if you plan your work outs and want to go before 10/10:30pm because you just won’t get on anything other than assisted junk
Swimming pool is fine for kids lessons but the changing need professional cleaning and maintenance, current standard is poor
