I fell in love with this gym the moment I walked in! It’s clean, organised, and the equipment is top-notch. I know it might sound a bit silly, but the little details really stood out — spare hair bobbles, women’s essentials, lovely soaps, and even free coffee! You can tell Amie’s thought of everything. Before joining Way Ahead Fitness, I did a few drop-in sessions and instantly felt how friendly and welcoming everyone was. The coaches are amazing — supportive, fun, and genuinely passionate — and the members are so kind that I never once felt like an outsider. The workouts are challenging in the best way, the programming is excellent, and having yoga included is such a bonus. There’s a real sense of community here — it honestly feels like home. Highly recommend!
Joined Way Ahead Fitness in May after moving to the area and I absolutely love it! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. I’ve made some gorgeous new pals and really enjoying getting back into fitness after having my little girl. The classes are amazing and something I genuinely look forward to every week. I’ve been going to Way Ahead Gym for 9 months now and I honestly can’t recommend it enough. In that time, I’ve lost over a stone and I feel fitter, stronger, and more confident than ever. The facilities are excellent, but what really makes this gym special is the people and the community. From day one, I was welcomed and supported by both the staff and the other members. There’s such a positive atmosphere, everyone encourages each other and it genuinely feels like a team. If you’re looking for more than just a gym, this is the place to be!
Never been to a gym before, but a friend recommended WAF and I’m so glad they did! Amie and the coaches are amazing, super supportive and full of knowledge. The vibe is always great, and there are loads of classes and times to choose from. Highly recommend!
Unit 11 is such an awesome place to train, Amie is not only passionate about coaching but she is also brilliant at it, a natural teacher. I am also lucky enough to be able to bring my baby to classes, she is safe in a play pen and cheers us all on! The class times suit me perfectly and there are plenty of other options too. If you want to get fit, stronger or make changes to your mental and physical health, then you should 100% give it a go, you won’t be disappointed.
