Bishopdale Valley Bunkhouse

Description

The Old School Bunkhouse is situated next to Cross Lanes Farm and is centrally located in Bishopdale, a valley which lies between Wensleydale and Wharfedale.

The old school has been recently renovated and refurbished to a high standard, with a large attractive open plan lounge and dining area, modern fully equipped self catering kitchen, and shower and toilet room facilities (2 power showers and 3 toilets). The bunkhouse has full central heating in all rooms.

The appealing lounge and dining area provides comfortable seating and ample dining space for 20 people. Television and board games are provided in the lounge and there are specific maps and brochures provided to guide you around the Yorkshire Dales.

Accommodation is provided in four bedrooms (rooms of 1x8 and 3x4) with a maximum capacity of 20 people. Linen, duvet and pillow are provided for each bunk, so all you need to bring with you is a towel and wash bag.

A drying room, with washing machine is provided, to cater for the inclement days when coats, boots and other items may need hanging up to dry.

The bunkhouse is located only 150 metres from the Street Head Inn providing extensive lunch and evening meals and a selection of ales, wines and spirits.
