Absolutely disgusted in the way I've just been spoken to by whoever answered the phone. Food turned up absolutely freezing cold so called the shop, he said it's not his problem and I ordered through Uber eats, won't send a replacement and doesn't care about the customers using Uber eats. Apparently if you ring the shop you get good service, if you use Uber you get abuse over the phone. I live 5 min drive from the shop and the driver had gone past me and to eaglescliffe first and apparently that's my fault? Honestly shocked at this experience, they've always been spot on but after being spoken to like this and being told he doesn't care about customers food then I will not be using again
Food, hot, fresh and absolutely beautiful. Couldn’t fault a thing. Fast delivery time. Lovely, friendly delivery driver. Best pizza by far that I’ve had in this area. Highly recommend.
Nice food, chicken wrap was lovely, clean place for the most part, table dirty had to ask so I could clean it myself as it was all sticky, friendly people. Will try again at some point.
Best place for pizza in Teesside! Really upped their game lately with their delivery times - previous order only took 27 minutes to arrive and tonight only took 19 minutes which was amazing! Food is always piping hot and tastes gorgeous. Definitely highly recommended.
I love this takeaway place, it's just round the corner and the food is always so yummy. One of the only takeaways which has curry sauce as well. The kebab meat is absolutely lovely, the chips are really nice, the meat for wraps like lamb and chicken are delicious. The parmos are out of this world, so good. Can't complain about any order I've received to he honest. It's my go-to takeaway spot when I'm ordering food.
