This is the second time I’ve been in this store and the manager is so rude to her staff member. The lovely lady behind the counter asked one question and she was given a mouthful of rudeness from the manager. You shouldn’t be spoken to in this manner it��s appalling

Staff in this shop are very rude and unhelpful. This was both in changing room and when we had to return to the shop as security tags had not been disabled. They need to visit River Island and Next to see how to treat customers with respect and courtesy

Nice stuff in store however kept us waiting in the queue over 20 mins, only 1 staff member actually working on tills the others all stood chatting to each other and ignoring the queue of customers waiting to buy. Wouldn’t go back again poor customer service
