On several occasions I have had parcels sent to the shop to collect, two times I have had an unwelcome response by the same gentleman when im collecting my parcel. He acts as if he is doing me a favour in handing my parcel over. I had the correct ID, give him the correct information and was polite, he threatened not to give me the parcel due to him not hearing what i said and me explaining that I give him the correct information. I know the shop are not receiving parcels out of the goodness of the community, they will be getting paid for the service. There is no need for the bad manners and the rude behaviour off the person in question. If the shop has not got the capacity or infrastructure in place to send or receive parcels then it shouldn't do it just to cash in. The consumer suffers. Very bad experience. I will not be using this shop again to get parcels delivered.

Usually quick convince store Constantly getting more.expemsive like everything else but not horrendous

Good store with lots of variety, plenty of good deals and really nice staff that treat all their customers with respect, I spoke to one gentleman/staff member behind the till, the other day and he told me how strongly he feels about giving customers a premium level customer service with positivity and I could tell how passionate he was getting with each word he spoke, he handled something for me that he diddnt have to, I'd say what it was but I'm afraid if I did then someone else might try and take advantage. But this is a great store, my only problem with it is not their fault, and thats parking, as theirs nowhere to park so you normally have to drive up the side street to find a spot where your not blocking anyone's driveway, the huge walkway outside of the shop (also there's a row of other shops including a takeaway/Chip Shop) would be better if it was turned into parking spaces for the shops only. But don't let that put you off, it'd a great store and we'll worth nipping in for it variety and size 🙂

Kind staff Load of bargains a family size coke for 1.30£ I was 30p off he let me have it still I recommend here if your looking for cheap drinks and Food or even toys.I rate it 5 Stars

Excellent store. It has a wide variety of products at reasonable prices which are always delivered with a smile. On occasion, they have some amazing in-store deals too - would highly recommend
